Found and sale items can only be returned for exchange or store credit.
If you purchased your item from a Stylist’s inventory as cash and carry, please contact the Stylist directly for your Refund or Exchange.
If you purchased at a Soirée or through the online site, please contact your Stylist so that she can assist you. If you require additional assistance, please email us at email@example.com.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and cannot show signs of wear. Items not in their original packaging will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After submitting a return request, the items must be received in our warehouse within 14 business days.
Examples of defective items: discoloration outside of natural and described differences, non-functional clasp, jump ring not closed properly, difference in described measurements.
If you paid by cash or check, your Stylist will refund the money to you directly.
